Mission statement: 
If you’ve never heard the word goulash before, it’s generally referencing to a meat-loaf type of stew which essentially contains a number of seemingly random ingredients which all add up to the necessary nutrients to sustain oneself. In this light, I see my brand as a spitting image of so. Reworking the spelling to my own liking, I came up with “Gulosch”. The process of taking what most may see as a bunch of nothing , and turn it into a bundle of something previously unimagined.
